Where can I find high protein meal plans?
I am looking to lose approx 15 20kg by the end of the year. My issue is, i need help with my meal plans. I am looking at a high protein and low carb diet so, that i am able to lose the fat and build or tone the muscle i have. My workout regime is mixed cardio and weights for an hour every second day and walk jog in between. Any help on what foods or meal plans are good, would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know of a good subsitute for sugar, which can also stop the cravings eg. chocolate etc SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE

Tips tricks and supplements for a high protein diet?
So I've been doing a high protein diet for about 2 and a half weeks now and I've lost just about 15lbs. I'm finding it really easy to stick to but I am getting a bit concerned about balanced nutrition because I have completely cut out all carbs, sugars and starches also, I'm finding it hard to get the vegetables I need because I'm on a college meal plan and choices are limited.Anyway, I was just wondering what supplements or foods I should be trying to get into my diet. I'm currently taking calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D supplements as well as two different fiber supplements to make up for the grain I'm missing. I also take a generic multivitamin. Anyway, I appreciate any advice you have on this type of ketosis, high protein diet

hey, im already dieting, i eat about 1700 2200 calories a day, since im a male im under eating by 300. but im not seeing a result im trying to lose my lower gut ive been lifting weights for about 3 months now and i am seeing changes but my diet is holding me back i think. My diet is about 70 % carbs and 30 % protein at the moment. so im switching to a low carbs high protein diet. So i want to know how much protein i should be getting, like how many calories and how much grams ? and how much carbs i should having calories, grams etc ? also what should the ratio be ? like 60 40 protein ? my goals are is trying to lose lower gut and bulk up a little as well. I stand at 5 foot 10, i weigh 147lbs, im a male and im 18 years of age

Foods for diet low carb, high protein?
Ok, so I am on an exercise regime abdominal workouts been doing these for a while bum workouts and thigh workouts only just started these today . I havent really changed my diet and I already am noticing a difference in my weight, my tummy is flatter and I'm starting to feel my abs, however I still have excess fat which I want to loose along with doing these exercises every other day. I am a female.I am trying to find foods that don't take ages to prepare, I am a student 18 although I am still living at home, I also work and really don't have time to cook meals such as a full on roast, fish or anything like that I LOVE MELON I know that sounds wierd, but I really can't get enough. I am also keen on eggs etc, porridge is ok, although I find it boring. Any quick meals I can cook on the hob or in the microwave breakfast, lunch and dinner to loose weight. Please don't offer any 'meal plans' I really cannot afford them Any foods which are interesting, high in protein and low in carbs would be great please.

Low carb high protein diet?
ok so for the next 3 weeks, i plan to lose some weight. what im going to do is basically a super low carb diet. consisting of mainly meat. i will allow myself 30 " bad" carbs everyday, now the carbs from fruits and vegetables will not count towards the bad carbs, i wont count them at all. but i only plan on having vegetable and fruits one setting a day so that wont amount to much anyway, the rest of the day will be meat meat and more meat. and i will eat 4 5 meals a day. what do u think about this? will i lose weight fast or no? id like to lose anywhere from 10 20 pounds. on top of this diet i will be running about a mile a day on top of my work which is at a body shop so im never really sitting still very long. give me some feed back maybe some ideas lemme know.thanksby bad carbs i mean candies sweets, breads, ect. and in the evening i do a small amount of weight lifitng.

High protein low carb diet to lose 30 pounds?
I need to lose 30 pounds. I have been told by several that a high protein low carb diet is the best way to go. If I did that diet and worked out every night doing exercise with just body weight would involve cardio just no equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, etc. . do you think I could lose the weight in about 2 months or so?
