Low testosterone after excessive overtraining/low calorie intake?
I have been tested for low testosterone after listing off all of my symptoms to my doctor. The test came back showing testosterone levels of about 25. prolactin was normal. The doctor is stumped and has referred me to an endocrinologist.I have been training excessively and undereating for about a year and a half now. Im fairly certain this was causing my issue. I was only eating about 2000 calories per day 6'3'' at 175lbs and exercising for almost 2 3 hours per day 1 hour of cardio and 1 2 hours of lifting on average .Im trying to raise my testosterone levels naturally before i go into the doc because i really dont want to be put on meds. My test levels read at an astonishingly low 25ng or whatever the units are. So my question is, is there anything i can do to naturally boost my test levels in the mean time? I've limited myself to about an hour in the gym, 3 days a week. I'm eating about 3000 calories per day. I'm starting to gain fat weight, which is unfortunate, but i feel like its something that needs to happen before i get better.Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

What's better--higher calories, lower fat, or lower calories, higher fat?
I work at a movie theater, and during the slow times I get a little bored. What I sometimes do is look at the nutrition facts on the candy. Junior Mints and Sour Patch Kids have a LOT of calories, but less fat than anything else in the candy window. On the other hand, Raisinets and Sno Caps have fewer calories, but more fat than Junior Mints or Sour Patch Kids. As a once in a while treat, what's the " healthier" remember, it's a relative term way to go?
