What muscle groups should i workout?
Well, i use to do a full body workout, but i kind of noticed that i get better results when i work each muscle group alone ONCE per week. So what i need is a list of the muscle groups that i should workout for my whole body, and what muscle groups should i workout together? I have about 3 4 days to workout per week. thanks in advance.
Is it true that it's bad to work out the same muscle groups two days in a row?
Sometimes all I have is two days in a row to go to the gym & I like to give certain muscle groups priority. Thanks
What muscle groups do these different pull-ups work ?
Am not to familiar with what muscles you work when you do them and i know there are 3 different variations of doing Pull Ups... my question is what are those 3 different pull ups called and what muscles each variation pull up works..P.S.I bought the Iron Gym where you can do push ups,dips,sit ups, and Pull Ups on Monday i did 4 sets of 25 til failure then i did 10 sets of 4 for the pull up variation where your hands are by your head.. am sore from doing the Push Ups only on my chest area, today i did dips for 4 sets of 25 til failure then did the close grip one that works biceps .. did 4 sets of 10 for that i felt a pump on my sides after doing those.. but yeah i would appreciate if yall can tell me what muscles those 3 pull up variations work cause my goal is to build muscle and strength
Instead of dividing the muscle groups and working out 3 times a week, is it okay to do it all at once?
I rather just make one trip to the gym, yknow? I was wondering why many plans have you spread your workouts throughout the week.

Addition info Currently, I do cardio 4 5 times a week and weight lighting 4 times a week, with a focus on one muscle group with each workout.I weigh 140 at 5'3... I want to gain muscle and loose fat to look amazing for my wedding in 4 months.
