Can I jog for 30 minutes, and do yoga for 30 minutes in the same day?
Starting a new workout routine, am wondering if you can do yoga early, and run in the afternoon? Would it be to much? I just jog for 45 minutes, I get a little tired, but then I don't feel like I've done anything afterwards. O Its slow yoga. Oh, and is it better to do yoga early? Or is just a myth?

What does a guy wear if he takes a yoga class?
Yoga pants like the girls wear or are their special ones for guys?

Do I need to drink a protein shake after yoga?
I work out 6 days a week, one full day for yoga. I use the protein shakes for the 5 days I workout, but not for the yoga day. Should I be using a protein shake on my yoga only day?

I have too small neck. Can anybody tell me appropriate exercise or yoga to make it broader. ?


I'm starting yoga on Thursday in a yoga class but I somewhat already feel uncomfortable?
about it because I'm not a flexible person at all, My biggest fear is people may laugh at me in class since I have a hard time since I'm not flexible and I feel like I'm not going to be good enough for the class. I really want to take this class but with my fears should I back out now or give it a try?

Why do I feel anxious and jittery during stretches and yoga?
During some poses and only for the duration of those poses, I start to feel jittery like I'm hopped up on caffeine and not in a good way. Once I release the pose this feeling subsides immediately. I'm new to yoga but have always been very sensitive to my body. Just trying to get an idea of this sensation?

16 year old male doing yoga? ?
Hey I'm a 16 year old male that's looking to get into yoga.I really like stretching , and I just want to be able to really flexible.Like Bruce' lee .actually never used to stretch like at all.So I was very inflexible , but I have a good athletic build.Even though I was out of shape for a while I'm starting to get back into shape and Strech and such.I can almost touch my toes, but I'm just a little tense .How flexible should I be to enter yoga classesv Are there classes for teens? Or young adults? Or is all ages? It only adults kinda thing?

Weight lifting, yoga, running, walking?
I begin my day by walking for 20 minutes prior to breakfast every day.... i lift weights 3 times a week 5x5 program , do yoga 4 times a week , run for 2 miles 3 times a week... fully rest on sunday..... when should i start seeing results.... it's been about a week and i am 10lbs lighter but the main difference is in my arms they seem more toned but my belly is still there
